William Morris which is associated with the Arts and Crafts Movement. The Arts and Crafts Movement was a British, Canadian, and American aesthetic movement of the 19th and early 20th centuries that influenced arts, crafts and architecture. The Arts and Crafts Movement was inspired by the writings of John Ruskin and a romantic idealization of a craftsperson taking pride in their personal handiwork. The movement was a reaction to the eclectic revival of historic styles of the Victorian era and to “soulless” machine-made production aided by the Industrial Revolution.

What i understand from art & nouveau is....it was an artistic creation, which is combining the thinking and craft. They talk about process but not on the product and also the movement. The joy of work will u feel it when u adore it.It so cool if today we gather with the designers to talk about the movement, the art and more rather than talk about artis( uppsss..i did it..~! )But, working environment today i think there is lack of joy of work....work have been done based on requirement...but no u are enjoying to do that. When u're not fell the design movement( cmne nk ckp..kalau kita tak dibenarkan utk melontarkan idea2 kita--hehehee..in Malay lak ) we will not fell the ENJOYMENT.References....
